  • Surveillance - Systematically collect and analyze data pertaining to specific diseases, and syndromic surveillance
  • Resource Reference - Facilitate access to community resources
  • Education - Provide health/disease information, resources to healthcare professionals and the public (group presentations, written materials)
  • Case Management - Provided for active tuberculosis patients
