The Florida Department of Health in Clay County (DOH-Clay) offers services, information, education, and referrals for teens. DOH-Clay provides a safe, friendly, place where young people can get the help they need and learn the facts. Teens can come in to receive information on all kinds of subjects or referrals to other resources. 

Services include:

  • STD Testing
  • Education
  • Counseling

 

Appointments

Walk ins are welcome; however, appointments are encouraged. Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 8:20 a.m. - 3:20 p.m. Call the DOH-Clay at 904-529-2800 to make an appointment.

Services are provided on a sliding scale based on the teen’s income. For many teens, services are provided at no charge. Services are provided regardless of ability to pay.
