The Florida Department of Health in Clay County (DOH-Clay) offers services, information, education, and referrals for teens. DOH-Clay provides a safe, friendly place where young people can get the help they need.
While walk-ins are welcome, appointments are encouraged. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:20 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. Call to schedule an appointment.
Services are provided on a sliding scale based on the teen’s income. For many teens, services are provided at no charge. Services are provided regardless of ability to pay.
